Our teas and infusions are typically enjoyed hot.
Cool them down, however, and they become a superb ingredient to add a flavour boost to mixed drinks.
Our friends at Portobello Road Gin have created this cocktail with our Rose Lemonade infusion.
Rose Lemonade Fizz
75ml Taylors Rose Lemonade infusion, cold brewed
10ml sugar syrup
Garnish: twist of lemon rind
Build tea and sugar syrup in a champagne flute, top with Prosecco and garnish.
To make the cold brew infusion, put two Rose Lemonade tea bags in 300ml of cold water and leave to infuse in the fridge for 12-24 hours.
