Our teas and infusions are typically enjoyed hot.
Cool them down, however, and they become a superb ingredient to add a flavour boost to mixed drinks.
Our friends at Portobello Road Gin have created this cocktail with our Sweet Rhubarb infusion.
Sweet Rhubarb Lady
50ml Taylors Sweet Rhubarb infusion
35ml Portobello Road Gin
10ml sugar syrup
20ml lemon juice
Garnish: edible flower
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Discard the ice and shake the cocktail once more. Strain through a tea strainer into a coupette glass and garnish.
