Deep and honeyed with notes of blueberry jam and sticky dried fruits
This coffee grows in Nueva Segovia, where the beans are dried with a little of the coffee cherry to intensify their sweetness – the ‘honey process’. It infuses deep layers of flavour, creating a taste profile with lashings of blueberry jam, sticky dried fruits, milk chocolate and peanut.
100% Arabica coffee
This coffee is grown on farms on the Dipilto and Jalapa Mountain Range, in the north of Nicaragua.
Honey process. The beans are dried with the inner layer of the coffee cherry remaining, intensifying sweetness and depth.
