Sipping this indulgent Colombian coffee is like biting into a rich, gooey chocolate caramel, flooding your tongue with flavours of deep cocoa and roasted brown sugar. Then the taste profile expands, releasing subtle malt undertones, floral high notes and a fresh burst of blackcurrant and red apple.

Grown by small scale farmers in Huila in the Colombian south, where the three branches of the Andes merge.

Process

Washed process. The beans are removed from the coffee cherry, fermented, then washed and dried for a bright, clear flavour.
