The birthplace of coffee grows beans with a taste profile unlike anything else. It’s uniquely fruity and fragrant, blooming with aromatic flavours of ripe mango, strawberry and honeysuckle. Underneath that complex sweetness hides a fascinating hint of wood and spice, with notes of nutmeg and whisky

Grown by smallholder farmers who are part of a Fairtrade coffee growing co-operative in the Oromia region of western Ethiopia.


Natural process. The beans are dried inside the coffee cherry, developing a sweet fruity cup and a complex flavour profile.

Cafetière brew guide

1 tbsp coffee (15g) per mug (250ml)
Pour freshly boiled water
Stir, brew 4-5 mins, plunge
